Social Media and Community Manager for Newsletter Growth

One of our ventures - Red Crocodile - is looking for someone to own distribution and grow our newsletter audience.

Your goal

Grow qualified Substack subscribers and build a repeatable distribution system around our investment research.

What you’ll do

• Distribute research across LinkedIn, X, Substack Notes, communities, partnerships, and other relevant channels
• Turn each research piece into multiple posts and distribution experiments
• Test hooks, formats, timing, channels, and CTAs
• Find new ways to reach relevant audiences
• Track what actually generates subscribers
• Build partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities
• Own subscriber growth from distribution end to end

What we’re looking for

Someone who enjoys growth and distribution, experiments constantly, and has experience growing a newsletter, creator account, media product, or similar audience.

You should think beyond posting content. The job is to figure out how to get valuable research in front of more of the right people.

Compensation

Base compensation + percentage of incremental subscription revenue.

The better the newsletter grows, the more you earn.
