Team Leader (Hands-on)

Tech Stack: Python, React, AWS, Bedrock 

The Mission

We are seeking a high-caliber Hands-on Team Leader to architect and scale our AI ecosystem. You will lead the development of an Agent Farm, designing sophisticated orchestration layers that power autonomous workflows. This role requires a rare blend of leadership, cloud expertise, and the ability to write production-ready code alongside your team.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Lead the design and implementation of Agent Orchestration frameworks and scalable “Agent Farms.”
• Hands-on Execution: Maintain a 60% coding split, utilizing Python, TypeScript, and React to build end-to-end AI applications.
• Cloud Leadership: Own the deployment and lifecycle of AI systems on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and cost-optimization at scale.
• Model Integration: Leverage Amazon Bedrock to integrate and fine-tune Foundation Models for diverse business use cases.

• Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team through code reviews, technical roadmapping, and agile delivery.

   

Technical Requirements

• AI/ LLM Mastery: Advanced experience with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and prompt engineering.
• Backend & Orchestration: Expert proficiency in Python; proven experience building autonomous agentic workflows (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom solutions).
• Frontend Excellence: Strong command of React and TypeScript for building complex AI dashboards and interfaces.
• AWS Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS, SageMaker) and Infrastructure as Code (CDK/Terraform).

• Scalability: Demonstrated success in deploying and managing high-load cloud systems.

   

Must-Haves

• Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading engineering teams  5+ years of total software development experience.
• Proven AI Production Experience: A demonstrated track record of successfully deploying and scaling AI/LLM applications to production, with specific, hands-on experience using Amazon Bedrock.
• Communication: Professional-level English (written and verbal) is mandatory. You must be able to articulate complex AI strategies to stakeholders.
• Mindset: A “builder” who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about staying current with the evolving AI landscape.
