Motion Designer

Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Prague time)

Compensation: Up to $1,500/month, depending on interview results and experience level

About the role
We're looking for a Motion Designer to join our team and create high-performing, dynamic video ads for our Sweepstakes project. You'll work closely with the marketing team, turning ideas into scroll-stopping creatives and iterating on them fast.

What you'll do

• Create video ad creatives for Sweepstakes campaigns
• Generate and edit AI-generated video using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, and similar
• Animate interfaces: mobile apps, gameplay, notifications, wins, deposits, and withdrawals
• Design win effects and other visual effects for ad creatives
• Edit fast-paced ads and craft strong hooks for the first seconds of each video
• Handle color correction, stabilization, compositing, and video retouching
• Adapt videos for different ad platforms, resolutions, and formats
• Turn team feedback into quick revisions and new creative iterations

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer
• Confident use of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Ability to create dynamic ad videos with a strong opening
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and image generation
• Experience creating AI content, including lip-sync and voice cloning
• Understanding of ad creative principles: offers, bonuses, cashback, free spins, deposits, wins, and withdrawals
• Comfort working with frequent feedback and multiple iterations of the same creative

Nice to have

• Experience in gambling / iGaming / Sweepstakes (not required)
• Experience working with affiliate marketing or media buying teams
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
• Understanding of retention mechanics and the psychology of holding viewer attention in ad creatives
