Junior Influencer Outreach Manager (26090910)

We're looking for a proactive, communication-driven professional with experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or business development. You enjoy building relationships, know how to identify high-potential creators, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced crypto and iGaming environment.

• Research and identify influencers, streamers, KOLs, and content creators across YouTube, X (Twitter), Twitch, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Build and manage outreach campaigns to establish new influencer partnerships.
• Communicate with creators, negotiate collaboration terms, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to campaign launch.
• Coordinate with the marketing and affiliate teams to execute campaigns.
• Track outreach performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging creators.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand visibility in Tier 1 markets.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 1+ year of experience in influencer outreach, affiliate management, business development, or partnership management.
• Experience working with influencers or creators in crypto, iGaming, Web3, fintech, or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to identify relevant creators across multiple platforms.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and outreach automation tools is a plus.
• Experience in crypto, gambling, or sportsbook is a strong advantage.
