Content Manager (SMM)

Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

About the Role 

Your main focus will be on social media management and content creation. You will develop content strategies, write, edit, and optimize posts in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and create visual assets using Figma, Canva or another design platform. Most of your work will involve SMM, content planning, and combining engaging texts with striking visuals.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), preferably within the IT niche.
• Develop and execute content strategies for social channels.
• Create engaging posts and texts, ensuring proper keyword integration for better reach.
• Design and edit graphics, banners, and visual assets.
• Understand and apply principles of visual content creation and image generation for posts.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for research, brainstorming, and optimizing content drafts.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style across all platforms.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in SMM or content creation with a strong focus on social media, preferably in IT.
• Practical understanding of content strategy and how to plan content effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva or another design platform for creating social media visuals.
• Confident use of AI tools for content creation (you write detailed prompts and critically edit outputs instead of simple copy-pasting).
• Solid understanding or practical experience of how visual content and images are created for posts.
• Experience writing articles, blog posts, or other long-form content is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization, including keyword research and natural keyword integration.
• English B1 – enough to write, read, and edit content.
• Attention to detail, self-management, and a result-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for the US market.
• Familiarity with IT topics and tech industry trends.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
