Outbound Systems Owner / SDR (Cold Email, Outbound Systems)

We are an animation studio based in Slovakia. There are 14 of us and we make animated videos for companies of all kinds, from tech and gaming to education, industry and large corporates, mostly in the US and Europe. Over 1,200 videos so far.

This is not a list-building or lead gen role. You will own our entire outbound system across two channels, cold email and LinkedIn, from infrastructure to conversation. 
We have Apollo, Instantly and Aimfox in place and a freelancer managing it, but we are finding out this is not the way. We are rebuilding our whole outbound sales process from the ground up and are looking for someone to own the email channel end to end.

What you will do:

Build and verify contact lists for our customer segments using Apollo, Clay or similar tools
Own the email infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, deliverability
Set up and run campaigns in Instantly, write and test message variants, track reply rates
Define ICPs together with the CEO and test hypotheses segment by segment
Qualify replies and hand warm leads over for calls with the CEO
Set up and maintain our CRM (Pipedrive): pipeline design, automation, reporting

What we are looking for:

Proven experience running cold email at scale with real results, not just setup
You know how to build a clean, well-targeted list and how to keep deliverability high
You can write short, human emails, not templates
Strong written English
You work independently and report on real numbers

Nice to have:

Experience with LinkedIn outreach as well (we are building that channel in parallel)
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Clay, AI personalisation workflows)
Experience selling creative or B2B services
