We are an animation studio based in Slovakia. There are 14 of us and we make animated videos for companies of all kinds, from tech and gaming to education, industry and large corporates, mostly in the US and Europe. Over 1,200 videos so far.
 

We are rebuilding our whole outbound sales process from the ground up. This role owns the LinkedIn channel, with a focus on building long-term partnerships with marketing and creative agencies that do not have animation in house. They have the clients, we have the production team, and this is where a large part of our future business should come from.
 

What you will do:

Build and qualify a list of agencies and studios that could become long-term partners
Run outreach across several LinkedIn accounts (HeyReach, LinkedHelper or similar)
Write personalised messages and follow-ups, no templates
Handle replies, understand what the other side needs, and book calls for the CEO
Test different segments and approaches, and report what works
Keep every conversation logged in the CRM (Pipedrive)
 

What we are looking for:

Experience building B2B partnerships, not just sending outreach at volume
You can hold a real conversation and move it forward, not just send sequences
Hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts
Experience with US, UK or EU markets
Strong written English
You are comfortable figuring things out as we build the process
 

Nice to have:

Experience selling outsourcing, creative or B2B services
Understanding of how agencies work with subcontractors
Experience with cold email as well

We are filling two outbound roles at the moment, this one and a Lead Generation Specialist focused on cold email and outbound systems. If you have strong experience with both channels, tell us in your application.

This is not a list-building or lead gen role. You will own our entire outbound system across two channels, cold email and LinkedIn, from infrastructure to conversation. 
We have Apollo, Instantly and Aimfox in place and a freelancer managing it, but we are finding out this is not the way. We are rebuilding our whole outbound sales process from the ground up and are looking for someone to own the email channel end to end.

What you will do:

Build and verify contact lists for our customer segments using Apollo, Clay or similar tools
Own the email infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, deliverability
Set up and run campaigns in Instantly, write and test message variants, track reply rates
Define ICPs together with the CEO and test hypotheses segment by segment
Qualify replies and hand warm leads over for calls with the CEO
Set up and maintain our CRM (Pipedrive): pipeline design, automation, reporting

What we are looking for:

Proven experience running cold email at scale with real results, not just setup
You know how to build a clean, well-targeted list and how to keep deliverability high
You can write short, human emails, not templates
Strong written English
You work independently and report on real numbers

Nice to have:

Experience with LinkedIn outreach as well (we are building that channel in parallel)
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Clay, AI personalisation workflows)
Experience selling creative or B2B services
