3D Artist / 3D Designer

One of our current projects is a mobile platform where players can collect, buy, sell, and open cards. 3D plays an important role in making the experience feel tangible, interactive, and exciting — from cards and packs to rewards, achievements, and other game elements.
 

We're looking for a 3D Artist to join our team and help us bring these experiences to life through 3D assets, animations, and interactive scenes.
 

We're looking for someone who understands that great 3D isn't just about making something beautiful. It also needs to be optimized, functional, and production-ready for mobile.
 

You'll be creating

• Create 3D assets and animations for our mobile application.
• Design cards, packs, rewards, achievements and other game objects.
• Create interactive 3D scenes and experiences.
• Work with materials, lighting, reflections and visual effects to create a polished look.
• Create smooth, expressive motion animations that make interactions feel engaging.
• Adapt and optimize 3D assets for mobile devices.
• Prepare production-ready assets for implementation and work closely with developers.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to bring ideas from concept to final implementation.
   

You'll fit right in if you...

• Have 2+ years of experience as a 3D Designer / 3D Artist.
• Have experience creating 3D assets and animations for games, mobile apps or other interactive digital products.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates strong 3D work and attention to detail.
• Understand the difference between visually impressive 3D and production-ready 3D.
• Have a good understanding of modelling, materials, lighting, animation and rendering.
• Know how to optimize 3D assets for mobile performance.
• Are comfortable preparing assets for developers and working within technical constraints.
• Have a strong sense of composition, motion and visual storytelling.
• Sweat the small details and care about how things look and feel in motion.
• Know how to balance creativity with performance, deadlines and product requirements.
• Enjoy experimenting with new tools and technologies, including AI tools where they can improve your workflow.
