We're looking for a 3D Designer with hands-on gamedev experience — not just 3D modeling/visualization. You'll own the character and avatar art pipeline end to end: from the base avatar body and blendshapes to modular outfit skins, purchasable clothing, and animation-ready assets. Today, we are looking for a specialist who can combine BIM expertise with visualization skills while working with the global B2B market.

What do we expect from you?

✔ Experience working in a BIM environment (Autodesk Revit / Navisworks)
✔ General understanding of construction terminology and engineering systems (MEP)
✔ Proficiency in visualization tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max / Blender / Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray / Twinmotion or similar applications
✔ Experience creating renders (portfolio required)
✔ English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
✔ Strong communication skills to collaborate with the BIM & VDC team and accurately represent models

What will you do in this role?

● Develop the overall vision for the company’s visual materials, track trends, and search for new ideas
● Coordinate 3D graphics for internal company projects and external client requests
● Perform basic adjustments and render engineering systems for visualization purposes (company case studies)
● Create realistic model images and deliver high-quality renderings

Що потрібно робити:

• Розробляти концепції та 3D-візуалізації виставкових стендів на основі брифів клієнтів.
• Створювати детальні 3D-моделі та рендери, що передають атмосферу та ключові ідеї проєкту.
• Продумувати ергономіку, функціональність і технічну реалізацію стендів.
• Тісно співпрацювати з продюсерами, конструкторами та підрядниками.
• Досліджувати нові технології та тренди у сфері дизайну, інтегрувати їх у проєкти.
• Організовувати та контролювати роботу зовнішніх 3D-дизайнерів, ставити технічні завдання, перевіряти якість і відповідність брифу.

Що важливо:

• Впевнене володіння 3ds Max, SketchUp, Autocad, Cinema 4D або аналогічними програмами.
• Навички роботи з рендер-движками (V-Ray, Corona, Redshift тощо).
• Розуміння графічного дизайну, вміння інтегрувати брендинг у простір.
• Базові знання конструкторської документації (буде плюсом).
• Досвід роботи з VR/AR, інтерактивними технологіями (буде перевагою).
• Навички управління проєктами, здатність чітко ставити завдання та досягати результату.
• Досвід роботи з Google Workplace, системами управління проєктами онлайн.
• Володіння українською мовою на високому рівні.
• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні B1.

Основна мета — розробка комплексних технічно обґрунтованих рішень із урахуванням функціональності, технологічності та чинних нормативних вимог.

Обов’язки:

• Розробка 3D-моделей деталей і вузлів
• Моделювання збірок із заданою логікою взаємозв’язків: розрахунок допусків, обмеження рухів, кінематичні зв’язки, перевірка взаємодії компонентів
• Перевірка відповідності моделей стандартам ЄСКД / ISO, внутрішнім технічним вимогам, а також технологічним і експлуатаційним обмеженням
• Технічний супровід виробництва на етапі виготовлення прототипів
• Участь у вдосконаленні конструкцій на основі зворотного зв’язку від виробництва та експлуатації.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи в конструюванні від 2 до 5 років
• Впевнене володіння:
• SolidWorks (3D-моделювання, креслення, специфікації);
• AutoCAD (2D-креслення, робота з шаблонами);
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (ведення специфікацій та відомостей);
• PDM/PLM-системами (наприклад, SolidWorks PDM — управління документацією та версіями);
• SolidWorks Simulation, Motion (аналіз кінематики та навантажень).
