Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher to join our Recruitment team.
 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop a career in Recruitment, gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, and grow into a Recruiter role over time.
 

What you'll do:

• Search for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels;
• Review CVs and assess candidate profiles;
• Communicate with potential candidates and present open positions;
• Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS;
• Work closely with Recruiters and learn from the team;
• Gradually take ownership of selected Junior-level vacancies.
   

What we're looking for:

• Interest in Recruitment and candidate sourcing;
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and job boards;
• Confident use of Google Sheets;
• English sufficient for communication with candidates;
• Attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
   

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or Research;
• Experience working with ATS systems;
• Experience or interest in iGaming.
