About the role

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Head of HR Administration to join a fast-growing company specializing in high-tech IT products.

This is a great opportunity to join a team building an innovative product and contributing to strengthening the country’s defense capabilities.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and organization of the department’s work, distribution and monitoring of employees’ functional duties;
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of HR documentation and personnel records in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Participation in hiring, transfer, and termination processes;
  • Managing vacation records and schedules, tracking working hours, and forming the staffing table;
  • Maintaining time sheets;
  • Developing and implementing internal regulations and job descriptions, ensuring their proper approval;
  • Monitoring changes in labor legislation and corporate standards, and timely implementing them into HR processes;
  • Maintaining HR records in the accounting system.
     

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and its practical application;
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with confidential information;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively;
  • Experience with process automation;
  • Skills in working with electronic document management systems.
