Model Success Manager (Spanish)

We are looking for a Model Success Manager who will become the main point of contact for our models and help them successfully grow their profiles on the platform.

This role combines communication, process coordination, model support, and collaboration with the internal team. We are looking for someone who knows how to build trust, enjoys bringing structure to processes, and is genuinely focused on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support models throughout all stages of their collaboration with the company.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with models.
• Ensure photo and video materials are provided on time.
• Assign and communicate content creation tasks to models.
• Follow up on requests, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Conduct onboarding for new models.
• Answer models’ questions and help resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Coordinate communication between models and the internal team.
• Monitor profile activity and identify opportunities for further growth and development.
• Maintain spreadsheets and internal documentation.
• Identify ways to improve processes and increase models’ overall performance and efficiency.

Requirements

Must Have

• At least 1 year of experience in one of the following or a similar role: Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Recruiter, or Operations Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Ability to work effectively with large volumes of information.
• Strong sense of ownership, independence, and responsibility.
• Excellent self-organization and time-management skills.
• Strong written Ukrainian and English skills.

Will Be a Plus

• Previous experience working with dating agencies or within the Social Discovery industry.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1+) or higher.
