Reddit Manager / Ads Community Specialist

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands how Reddit works - not someone who simply posts content and hopes for the best.
 

Location: Prague office or remote
Employment: Full-time
 

What you'll do

• Launch, manage and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns
• Set up and manage two official brand subreddits
• Create native Reddit content and community campaigns
• Run promotional campaigns and AMAs
• Monitor brand mentions and community feedback
• Handle reputation management and public discussions
• Build relationships with relevant subreddit moderators
• Analyze results and improve our Reddit strategy
 

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of hands-on Reddit experience
• Experience with Reddit Ads
• Background in digital / performance marketing
• English B2/C1
• Experience with community management and moderation
• Good understanding of Reddit culture and community guidelines
• Analytical mindset and willingness to test and optimize
