Lead Motion Designer

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to quickly create engaging video creatives and promotional content
• Stay up to date with trends in motion and marketing design
• Explore new AI tools and share insights and findings with the team
• Quickly learn new tools and processes and apply them in your work
• Be proactive, autonomous, and take ownership of the results

Technical skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience with generative AI tools for image and video creation

Nice to have:

• Experience creating advertising creatives for social media and digital campaigns
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and interfaces such as ComfyUI or similar platforms
• Experience using AI to speed up and optimize the motion production process
• Previous experience in a Lead role or mentoring designers
