Junior Recruitment Sourcer / Researcher / IGaming

We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to support our Recruitment team with active candidate search and initial candidate assessment.

This role is a good fit for someone with limited experience in Recruitment / Sourcing who wants to develop strong sourcing skills and grow into a Recruiter role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review incoming applications and conduct an initial assessment of candidate profiles.
• Communicate with potential candidates when needed, present vacancies, and assess initial interest.
• Maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline with a target of at least 50 new relevant candidates per month.
• Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS and check profiles for duplicates before submission.
• Re-engage candidates from the internal database and previous recruitment processes.
• Work closely with recruiters, adjust sourcing approaches based on feedback, and provide brief sourcing reports.

• Occasionally manage selected Junior-level vacancies to develop full-cycle recruitment skills.

   

Main Requirements

• Basic confidence with Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, and structured data.
• Understanding of job boards and candidate sourcing channels.
• Basic understanding of candidate search and profile assessment.
• English sufficient for initial written and verbal communication with candidates.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and manage several searches simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and readiness for regular proactive sourcing.

Will Be a Plus

• Experience with ATS systems.
• Previous experience in Recruitment / Sourcing / Research.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job boards.
• Understanding of the recruitment funnel and hiring process.

• Experience in iGaming or recruitment will be an advantage.
