Finance Manager

UKAD is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team and work with a growing Danish client.

This is not just a traditional finance role. The client is looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day financial operations today while being ready to grow, adapt, and help shape the way these processes work in the future.

As the business grows, more and more financial processes will be automated. The client expects AI and automation to take over many routine tasks within the next few years. Therefore, we are looking for a proactive person who is interested not only in finance but also in technology, process optimization, and automation.
 

About the role

You will be responsible for supporting the client's day-to-day financial operations and ensuring that financial processes are handled accurately and on time.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing invoices
• Matching invoices with Purchase Orders (POs)
• Preparing and sending payments several times a week
• Preparing monthly financial reports at the end of each month
• Working with the client's ERP system
• Supporting and improving existing financial processes
• Identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and automated
• Exploring and potentially implementing new technology and AI-based solutions in the future
   

What we're looking for
 

Required:

• Previous professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a strong advantage
• A proactive and initiative-driven mindset
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt as the role evolves

It would be a plus if you have:

• An interest in technology and automation, in addition to your finance background
• A willingness to work with AI tools and solutions and explore how they can improve financial processes
• An interest in spending some of your time looking for ways to optimize and automate existing workflows
• Experience with Power BI
• General technical skills or an understanding of software/IT solutions
• Experience with Continia
• Experience implementing or improving financial/ERP-related processes
