Middle/Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer

• Game Development — browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.
• Digital Advertising — high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.
We’re looking for a strong Product Designer (UX/UI) to take ownership of the end-to-end design of our B2B product. You’ll work closely with Product and Development, from understanding business and user needs to designing, validating, delivering, and continuously improving product solutions. You’ll be part of the product’s Design Team and report to the Design Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Own product design tasks end-to-end, from understanding the problem and business goals to implementation and evaluation of results;
- Work closely with Product and Development to define requirements, scope, priorities, success metrics, and technical constraints;
- Analyze existing user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and product data to identify UX problems and opportunities for improvement;
- Conduct user research and usability testing when needed to support and validate design decisions;
- Design and continuously improve user journeys, information architecture, UX flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI;
- Create scalable and consistent solutions aligned with the product design system and established design practices;
- Validate solutions with users, stakeholders, and product data, and iterate based on findings and results;
- Support implementation through close collaboration with Development and QA;
- Follow established Agile and Design Team processes, practices, and routines;
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve product metrics, user experience, and design processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Product/UX/UI Design experience in product companies, with a strong portfolio of complex digital products;
- Strong understanding of user research and product analytics, with experience planning and conducting research;
- Ability to understand users and analyze existing products, complex workflows, user data, and business needs;
- Strong product and UX thinking with the ability to define user problems, opportunities, user journeys, and information architecture;
- Ability to translate user needs, business goals, metrics, and technical constraints into clear product solutions;
- Strong UX and UI design skills, with experience designing complex dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, data visualizations, and end-to-end workflows;
- Strong understanding of interaction patterns, responsive and accessible design, design systems, and UX writing;
- Ability to validate solutions through user testing, feedback, and product data;
- Experience collaborating with Product and Development through implementation;
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions;
- English — B2+ (confident spoken and written communication).
Nice to Have:
- Formal education in Design or a related field;
- Experience and genuine interest in continuously improving and simplifying complex B2B products;
- Advanced Figma practices: Variables, Auto Layout, Components, and well-organized files;
- Basic understanding of front-end development and implementation;
- Interest in emerging new Product and Design trends and applying relevant innovations in practice;
- Experience applying AI tools to improve efficiency in User Research, Product Analytics, and Design workflows.
