Senior Digital Marketing Manager

At Noltic, an official Salesforce consulting partner, we specialize in delivering high-quality CRM solutions for clients worldwide. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our website management, SEO, and lead generation strategies. 

This role requires a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can efficiently coordinate across teams and drive measurable marketing results. Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the digital marketing strategy to ensure a stable inbound lead growth.
• Oversee website updates, CMS maintenance, and lead form functionality (Webflow, Pardot, Salesforce CRM).
• Execute SEO strategy by prioritizing improvements, coordinating technical audits, managing web development, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
• Manage the content roadmap, prepare content briefs, and coordinate the content writer.
• Identify and test new channels and ideas to increase inbound lead generation.
• Oversee newsletters & lead nurturing sequences to improve engagement and conversions.
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
• Be proactive and think out of the box to improve our company’s standings.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, or SEO optimization in the IT or tech industry;
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and marketing automation tools;
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content strategy, and keyword research;
• Familiarity with Webflow, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM (or a willingness to learn);
• Experience with Paid Ads tools would be a plus.
• Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
