Now weβre looking for a Producer to strengthen our team as we continue scaling live products globally.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful products β a strong portfolio of shipped and commercially successful games is a must;
- Strong product vision β ability to define a clear vision for a product and communicate it in a way that aligns the entire team;
- Strategic thinking β ability to determine the direction of a project ;
- Business-to-product thinking β strong ability to translate business objectives into product strategy, features, priorities, and measurable outcomes;
- Product sense β deep understanding of player motivation, engagement loops, retention, monetization, and overall product-market fit;
- Data-driven mindset β working with analytics, funnels, cohorts, experiments, and player behavior data;
- Strong leadership and communication skills β ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a common vision and direction;
- End-to-end product ownership β experience taking products from strategy and concept through development, launch, iteration, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Set the product direction and vision β define where the project should go and why, based on business strategy, market opportunities, and player needs;
- Translate business goals into product development β turn company objectives, revenue targets, and strategic priorities into clear product goals, features, and development priorities;
- Own product KPIs β define, track, and drive the key metrics that determine product success, ensuring development decisions are aligned with agreed KPIs;
- Drive product strategy and roadmap β build and continuously adjust the product roadmap based on data, market trends, player behavior, and business priorities;
- Align the team around the vision β communicate the product vision clearly to game design, development, art, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders;
- Make product decisions β identify what should be built, what should be changed, and what should be stopped, prioritizing work based on expected impact;
- Connect product development with business outcomes β ensure that features and initiatives are not developed in isolation but contribute to measurable business and product results;
- Own execution at the product level β maintain alignment between strategy, roadmap, priorities, and actual development progress;
- Work with data and experimentation β use analytics, player behavior, market research, and experiments to validate hypotheses and make informed decisions.
