Junior Traffic UBT Manager (AI Models)

About Us

We are a tech startup creating and managing digital AI models for Tier-1 markets, primarily the US and Europe.

We have advanced generative AI pipelines and a well-established technical infrastructure in place. We are currently entering an active scaling phase and expanding our Traffic R&D team.

We are looking for a smart and highly motivated enthusiast who is genuinely interested in AI models and their monetization. Your mission will be to take ownership of one specific traffic source — for example, Twitter/X — understand its algorithms inside out, and build a systematic traffic acquisition engine around it.

Why This Role Is Different

You will not be joining a fully built system — you will help create one.

The project CEO will provide you with the necessary resources, testing budgets, access to private training programs, and consultations with specialized industry experts.

What we expect from you: strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and the ambition to take full ownership of an entire traffic acquisition channel.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Research & Development: Complete specialized training programs funded by the company, study private communities and industry forums, and turn new knowledge into practical experiments.

* Hands-on Account Management: Initially manage networks of accounts through anti-detect browsers, warm up profiles, publish content daily, and interact with audiences while maintaining natural, human-like account activity.

* Technical Setup: Work with proxies, social platform limitations, account infrastructure, and methods for minimizing shadow bans and account restrictions.

* Analytics: Track conversion data, identify profitable traffic funnels and content formats, and determine which approaches generate the strongest audience response.

* Scaling: Once a manual traffic funnel proves profitable and repeatable, help transfer the workflow into automated systems using scripts and AI agents.

Who We’re Looking For

* Strong interest in the AI creator space: You understand or actively follow the virtual creator / AI model market, keep up with industry trends, and are interested in its monetization opportunities.

* Technical mindset: You already know — or can quickly learn — how anti-detect browsers, mobile proxies, User-Agents, cookies, and account infrastructure work.

* English: Confident B2+ level. You should be comfortable reading Western forums and communicating with English-speaking audiences on behalf of a digital creator.

* Autonomy: You do not wait for someone to explain every step. If an account gets banned, you investigate the reason, research possible solutions, suggest a new approach, and test it.

A Major Plus, But Not Required

Successful experience in traffic acquisition / affiliate marketing in grey-area or dating-related verticals, particularly with traffic sources such as:

Reddit, Twitter/X, Tinder, Badoo, Bumble, and Snapchat.

Experience working with Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or YouTube algorithms will also be a strong advantage.
