Position: Middle UI/UX Designer (Gamedev / Gamification)
Work format: Hybrid (Kyiv, 1–2 days in the office) or fully remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

We are looking for a talented designer who can create not only visually stunning game graphics but also design logical, intuitive, and engaging interfaces for millions of players.

Your daily focus:

UX/UI Design: Design UI kits, game interfaces, windows, and screen layouts — from the first wireframes to the final polish.

Gamification: Design user experience logic (UX flows) that immerses players and keeps them engaged.

Graphic Design: Create and adapt game assets, icons, buttons, and promotional materials.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and PMs, prepare design files for implementation, and hand them over to the development team.

Your background:

Experience: 2+ years of UI/UX design experience in Gamedev or Mobile Games (a portfolio featuring game interfaces is required).

Tools: Figma at an expert level (components, auto layouts, wireframes, UI kits). Confident proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and editing 2D graphics.

Skills & Mindset:

• Strong understanding of mobile game development, game usability, and UX best practices.
• Excellent sense of style, colour, composition, and attention to even the smallest pixel.
• A visual storyteller who can confidently explain design decisions and openly embrace constructive feedback.

Position: Project Coordinator / Junior PM
Work format: Hybrid (Kyiv, 1–2 days in the office) or fully remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

We are looking for an operational backbone for our team — someone who doesn’t just ask, “What’s the status?”, but spots blockers, helps remove them, and drives projects from idea to release for millions of users.

Your daily focus:

Operational management: Coordinate tasks and internal projects in Notion, update statuses, and keep all project information accurate and up to date.

Follow-up & execution: Conduct clear follow-ups after meetings, document action items and revisions, and ensure they are completed by the team.

Communication & deadlines: Stay aligned with the team on priorities, monitor specialists’ workload, and oversee time tracking in Notion.

PM support: Assist the Senior PM in maintaining a predictable development process and identifying bottlenecks across tasks.

Process improvement: Look for and suggest more efficient solutions for internal processes instead of simply following existing instructions.

Your background:

Experience: 2–3 years in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Operations.

Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Notion and Google Workspace (basic Figma skills are a plus).

Skills & Mindset:

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of follow-ups.
• English at Intermediate+ level.
• Proactive mindset — able to identify issues independently and raise them before they become critical.
• Genuine interest in mobile development, game development, and digital products.
