About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise-level software solutions.

The role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, enterprise integration, and close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Design scalable and resilient enterprise integration solutions enabling communication and data exchange between different systems
• Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements
• Identify technical risks and challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Optimize solution performance by addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and scalability issues
• Define and implement quality standards covering reliability, scalability, security, and other functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guidelines
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, and solution design, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solutions
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies, including Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms, and microservices
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong expertise in system integration patterns, messaging protocols, and enterprise integration platforms such as IBM Integration Bus
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-performance, scalable software solutions
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and client expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
