AI Automation Engineer

On-site in Kyiv.

This is NOT a remote position.

We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our investor-backed enterprise startup and build production-grade AI-powered automation systems.

The role is focused on designing and building end-to-end automated workflows that combine AI/LLMs, data pipelines, scraping, APIs, matching systems, and third-party integrations. You’ll turn manual data collection and operational processes into reliable, scalable automation, primarily across marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven experience building automation systems.
• Python — scraping, APIs, ETL, async workflows
• Experience integrating AI / LLMs into automated workflows
• Workflow automation tools such as n8n or similar
• Playwright / Scrapy
• PostgreSQL
• OpenSearch / vector search
• APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Experience connecting multiple systems into end-to-end automated pipelines

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• AI agents / agentic workflow experience
• AWS / GCP
• Docker
• Data enrichment experience
• Outreach / marketing automation systems

Languages

• English — conversational
• Ukrainian — conversational
