Accountant / Financial Analyst

VitaUp is an international product company in the Health & Wellness industry, actively growing its e-commerce business across global markets. Our brands compete alongside established market leaders such as NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made.

We are looking for an Accountant / Financial Analyst who will be responsible for the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations while also helping the team better understand and leverage key business metrics.

This is a Middle-level role — not a junior accountant, but also not a Head of Finance. We are looking for someone who has a solid accounting foundation but also understands what is behind the numbers and how financial performance impacts the business.

What you’ll do

• Manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and payments.
• Work with P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, preparing and analyzing key financial metrics.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analytical materials for management.
• Ensure accurate financial documentation and proper recording of financial transactions.
• Analyze revenue and expenses, identify variances, and highlight potential areas for optimization.
• Support financial forecasting and planning.
• Work with financial data from Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• Work with seller dashboards and marketplace financial reports, turning data into actionable financial insights.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or as an Accountant / Financial Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue, and expenses.
• Strong understanding of core accounting and financial processes.
• E-commerce experience is a must.
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or other marketplaces / e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with seller dashboards and marketplace financial reports.
• Confident user of Zoho, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• English — B1–B2, sufficient for working with an international team and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (ФОП) accounting.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities.
• Understanding of international e-commerce finance.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms.
