Integrations Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced Integrations Team Lead. This role combines people management with ownership of the entire integration lifecycle — from onboarding and technical implementation to post-launch support and continuous optimization.
Ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, delivering seamless integrations, and continuously improving technical processes.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and develop a team of Integration Managers and Technical Support Specialists;
• Manage team performance, workload planning, mentoring, and career development;
• Own API checks of integrations and ensure timely delivery of these API checks;
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Compliance/Legal, Operations, and external partners;
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers;
• Drive continuous improvements in integration processes and documentation;
• Ensure high-quality technical guidance during API integration and production launch;
• Manage post-go-live technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams and external partners;
• Establish and improve Technical Support processes, including SLA management, incident handling, escalation procedures, and knowledge base maintenance.
Your expertise:
• 2+ years of experience managing teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and employee development;
• 3+ years of experience working with third-party integrations;
• Hans-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and technical integration documentation;
• Deep understanding of financial service workflows, third-party integrations, user journeys, and system interactions;
• Experience managing multiple integrations simultaneously;
• Experience supporting partners throughout the full integration lifecycle, from onboarding to post-production support;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in Agile environments;
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
• English (B2+ or higher).
