People Operations Partner

An international product-based iGaming company, a B2B game provider with over 12 years of experience in the market, is looking for People Operations Partner who can bring operational clarity into a fast-moving environment and help scale People Operations through strong execution, process thinking, coordination, and automation.

This role sits closer to operational systems coordination than traditional HR administration.

Main Responsibilities

– Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, compensation changes, probation workflows, and other employee lifecycle processes.

– Maintain operational consistency and data accuracy across People systems and platforms.

– Coordinate execution between PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk.

– Support operational ownership and administration of People-related tools together with Service Desk and other stakeholders.

– Track operational deadlines, dependencies, and process gaps.

– Improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.

– Support automation and operational standardisation initiatives.

– Help build scalable People Operations processes that can grow with the company.

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years in operational coordination/people operations/business operations / process-heavy environments;

– Experience in automation, AI tooling, operational scalability, and process optimisation;

– Experience working with operational platforms and systems (HiBob experience – must have).

– Upper-Intermediate English or higher, Ukrainian fluent;

– Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment;

– Ability to simplify operations without losing accuracy or control;
