About the company

SaaS product, profitable, growth stage. A small American-Ukrainian product team, have few data retrieval services (e.g. VIN lookup) and several psychological tests, quizzes. Working with the US and EU market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identity & Access Management (Core Focus): Administer, configure, and maintain identity platforms (Single Sign-On, Google IdP, SAML 2.0, SCIM).
• SaaS & License Management: Monitor SaaS usage, manage contract renewals, track costs, and optimize software spending across all departments.
• User Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for all team members across the company's tool stack.
• Security Audits: Conduct periodic access reviews to enforce least-privilege security standards.
• Knowledge Base & Drive Hygiene: Structure and maintain internal file environments (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox).
• Workforce Support: Provide L1/L2 IT support, including password resets and access troubleshooting.
• Equipment Logistics: Coordinate shipping, tracking, and retrieval of corporate hardware (laptops, power stations) during onboarding and offboarding, maintaining an accurate inventory of all company devices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT or Cloud Systems Administrator in modern SaaS/cloud environments.
• IdP & IAM Expertise (Must-Have): Strong hands-on administration of JumpCloud (or Okta / Entra ID) and core protocols (SSO, SAML, SCIM).
• Google Workspace Administration: Advanced skills managing workspace security, users, and integrations.
• SaaS & Access Control: Experience with cost tracking, license renewals, and executing routine security audits.
• Data & Support: Strong organizational skills (managing Drive/Notion structures) and a user-focused approach to support.
• English: B2+
