Motion / Creative Designer

We are an online gaming product scaling paid traffic. Looking for a motion designer who thinks in terms of attention, not just animation.

What you will do

• Build short videos ads that make people click
• Design and animate the visuals for our whole funnel
• Make sure the ad, the landing page and the product all feel like one thing
• Work closely with our devs to get it live

What we are looking for

• Product mindset
• Strong After Effects, confident in Figma
• You know how to catch attention in the first seconds
• You can take an idea and run with it without much direction
