AI Video Creator

We're looking for a AI Video Creator to join our team and create gameplay videos and UA creatives for our mobile games.

You'll work closely with the UA team, capturing gameplay, editing videos and producing creative variations that help us test new ideas and improve performance.
 

What You'll Do

• Capture high-quality gameplay footage and stills across our games, with a good instinct for finding the most compelling moments
• Create AI-assisted UA videos from raw gameplay footage and turn them into testable creative variations
• Edit and enhance footage with sound, transitions, effects and pacing for short-form formats
• Work with AI-assisted creative tools to generate and iterate on new creative concepts
• Work closely with the UA team, using creative performance results to produce new variations and concepts
• Adapt and version videos for different channels, placements, formats and aspect ratios

• Collaborate with game, marketing and UA teams to develop new creative ideas

   

What We Expect

• Experience working with AI-assisted creative tools, or a strong interest in using them in your workflow
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong video editing skills and a good understanding of what makes creative work, including examples of AI-assisted creative
• Experience in gameplay capture and video editing, ideally for UA or performance marketing
• Experience capturing and editing gameplay across different games
• Understanding of short-form video formats and performance-driven creative
• Ability to produce high-quality creative quickly and iterate based on feedback and performance
• Good understanding of games and an instinct for finding moments that are interesting to different audiences
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design, graphic design or animation
• Affinity for internet culture, trends and memes
• Experience working with a UA team, performance marketing agency or in a high-volume creative testing environment
