Telegram Growth Manager at Elbax

Elbax is expanding its Telegram channels and looking for a Telegram Growth Manager. We need a specialist to take full ownership of the end-to-end user lifecycle: from acquiring new targeted subscribers to driving deep engagement and retention.

If you are data-driven, understand traffic unit economics, and regularly test growth hypotheses, we’d love to have you on our team.

What you will do from day one:

Acquisition:

• Independently search, analyze, and select channels via TGStat / Telemetr.
• Conduct negotiations, manage direct ad placements (seeds), and purchase media.
• Set up and test hypotheses within Telegram Ads.
• Create ad creatives, offers, and lead magnets.

Retention & Engagement:

• Develop content and funnel strategies (in close alignment with the product).
• Implement mechanics to reduce churn and increase engagement rate (ERR).
• Set up basic chatbots and onboarding sequences to activate subscribers.
• Launch interactive features, polls, special projects, and cross-promotions.

Analytics & Growth:

• Track key metrics (CPS, ERR, Churn Rate, ROMI) and maintain end-to-end analytics.
• Establish processes and build the foundation for a future team (copywriters, media buyers, moderators).

What we expect:

• 1+ year of proven experience in full-cycle Telegram channel growth (from media buying to retention).
• Deep understanding of TGStat, Telemetr, and Telegram Ads.
• Hands-on versatility: readiness to combine analytics, media buying, and basic content/funnel management at the start.
• Business-oriented mindset: sharp focus on numbers, business results, and customer acquisition/retention costs, rather than just "pretty posts."
