Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and grow our hiring engine at Stape, a fast-growing, fully bootstrapped SaaS company in the server-side tracking niche. This role is for someone proactive who works closely with hiring managers to truly understand business needs, and who's skilled at actively sourcing and hunting top talent.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including senior & top-level full-cycle hiring and headhunting
• Experience working in a product IT company
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates at all levels across various departments, including Sales, Marketing and Engineering
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems, automating workflows, and adopting new recruitment tools and AI-driven sourcing solutions
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset: genuinely interested in improving and scaling recruitment processes, not just executing them
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• English proficiency at B2+ level (written and spoken)
   

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments, while maintaining a strong active hiring pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and build effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively identify gaps in current recruitment processes and drive automation and process improvements: from sourcing workflows to reporting and AI tools
• Ensure a smooth, engaging, and well-structured candidate experience end-to-end
