Video Conferencing /Streaming Support Specialist (Trainee)

About the opportunity:

Intent Solutions Group is looking for motivated trainees who want to start a career in virtual event operations, live streaming, and technical support. This entry-level opportunity combines structured learning with hands-on practice. You’ll discover how professional virtual events and live streams are delivered for enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies and global organizations. You’ll work with video-conferencing and streaming tools, learn how to troubleshoot technical issues, and develop the communication skills needed to support presenters and attendees during live events.

No previous professional experience is required. We’re looking for people who are curious about technology, communicate confidently in English, and are ready to learn quickly.

What we’re looking for:

English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

An interest in technology, live streaming, and virtual events.

The ability to learn quickly and remain calm under pressure.

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Availability to attend the program from our Lviv office.

No previous professional experience is required.
