Senior AI Engineer (LLM, RAG, Agentic AI)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and build production-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.

You will be involved in taking AI capabilities from experimentation and POCs to reliable, scalable production systems.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience building AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs.
• Strong practical understanding of RAG architectures and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or tool-using LLM applications.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and/or hybrid search.
• Experience with at least one modern LLM/AI framework such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience integrating AI solutions through APIs and building production-ready backend services.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination mitigation, context management, and AI system reliability.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and preferably Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Ability to work independently, investigate new technologies, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or domain adaptation.
• Experience with voice AI, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voicebots, or real-time conversational systems.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Experience with LLM observability and evaluation tools such as LangSmith, MLflow, Weights & Biases, Ragas, DeepEval, or similar.
• Experience with AI safety, guardrails, structured outputs, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience optimizing AI systems for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Experience with MLOps or LLMOps practices.
• Familiarity with modern AI coding and development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
