Job Description

• Expert-level C# and .NET — designing and building robust web applications and services
• Strong software architecture background — defining and governing patterns for scalable enterprise systems
• Frontend experience with Angular or React
• Hands-on experience with public cloud (AWS or Azure)
• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Solid grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Relational database expertise (MS SQL Server or Postgres)
• Healthcare industry experience, including relevant compliance and security requirements
• Excellent communication skills and English— able to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and partners

Job Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure enterprise applications in the cloud
• Define and enforce architectural patterns and standards across the platform
• Drive .NET solution delivery, following best practices and high coding standards
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting technical excellence
• Own planning, scoping, and delivery of complex features in an agile process
• Research and design solutions for patient identity and data security challenges
• Partner with product, QA, and UX to turn business needs into technical specs
• Champion CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the development process
• Document architectural decisions and technical designs for the team
• Own the technical quality and delivery of assigned modules and features
• Drive performance, security, and maintainability improvements across the platform
