Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist

Hey! We are looking for a new team member to join our company! As a Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist at Lynksen, you will play an important role in building the talent foundation that powers our mission of developing human-centric digital products 🌟

We're an IT outsourcing company working with US and European product startups across various domains - and we need someone to help us find and connect with the right people to make it all happen.

Requirements:

✦ Genuine interest in recruitment and people
✦ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✦ Organized and detail-oriented - you keep things on track without being reminded
✦ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
✦ English - Intermediate level (B1+)
✦ Experience in recruitment is a plus but not required - we're open to motivated beginners
✦ Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, Telegram) is a nice to have
 

Responsibilities:

✦ Continuously source and build a pipeline of candidates for tech and design roles (Ukrainian market)
✦ Keep the candidate pool active and warm - maintain regular communication and follow-ups
✦ Conduct short pre-screening calls with candidates
✦ Manage candidates through the full recruitment process 
✦ Assist hiring managers with scheduling, coordination, and candidate feedback
✦ Keep recruitment data and pipelines up to date
✦ Preparation of white-label CVs for outstaffing candidates - formatting, structuring, and tailoring profiles for client presentations

✦ HR interview (45 min)
