Facebook Media Buyer — Gambling / PWA

We are building a new Media Buying team in Ukraine and are looking for motivated Facebook Media Buyers with hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
The team will focus on the Gambling/iGaming vertical, primarily working with PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
We are looking for candidates who understand the fundamentals of Facebook media buying, including launching and managing campaigns, working with creatives and audiences, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data and results.
Previous experience with Facebook PWA campaigns, Gambling/iGaming, or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage, but not required.

The ideal candidate is analytical, motivated to grow, and interested in developing their expertise in performance marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Launching and managing advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads.
• Working with PWA products in the Gambling vertical.
• Testing different creatives, audiences, GEOs, and campaign approaches.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
• Optimizing campaigns based on data and performance.
• Identifying successful campaigns and scaling them.
• Working closely with the team to test new ideas and approaches.
• Continuously improving your media buying skills and performance.

• Has hands-on experience with Facebook Ads / Facebook media buying.
• Understands the basic principles of launching, managing, and optimizing Facebook campaigns.
• Is comfortable working with numbers, statistics, and performance data.
• Can analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions.
• Understands key performance marketing metrics.
• Is motivated to learn, improve, and grow quickly.
• Is responsible and able to work independently.
• Is results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving, testing-focused environment.

Previous experience with any of the following will be considered a strong advantage:
