Casino Manager (iGaming)

Our client is a product-driven iGaming startup developing a new White Label product for a Tier-1 market. The product is currently at the final stage before launch, and a small core team has already been formed.
We are looking for a Casino Manager to join the team and take responsibility for the development and performance of the casino product.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development of the casino product and its key areas.
- Manage the gaming portfolio, including analyzing game performance, content placement, and optimization.
- Collaborate with game providers and partners.
- Analyze product metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams on promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and performance of the casino product.
Requirements
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
- Previous experience as a Casino Manager or Casino Product Manager.
- Deep understanding of online casino products and their key metrics.
- Experience working with game providers.
- Strong understanding of key iGaming metrics, including Retention, Conversion, GGR, NGR, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
