Head of VIP — New iGaming Project / Tier 1 Markets
🚀 We are launching a new iGaming project focused on Tier 1 markets and are looking for an experienced Head of VIP to build and lead the VIP function from the ground up.
This is leadership role with a high level of ownership and autonomy. You will have the opportunity to shape the VIP approach, build your own team, establish key processes, and develop a strong and profitable VIP segment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and launch the VIP Department from scratch.
- Define the VIP structure, key processes, and player journey.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop the VIP team.
- Build effective approaches to VIP retention, development, and reactivation.
- Identify high-potential and high-value players and develop strategies to grow their value.
- Own the performance and sustainable growth of the VIP segment.
Collaborate with CRM, Retention, Product, BI, Payments, and other teams to improve VIP performance and business results.
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head of VIP / VIP Lead / VIP Director or in a similar leadership role within iGaming.
- Strong understanding of the full VIP player lifecycle and VIP economics.
- Experience building or significantly developing VIP teams, processes, and workflows.
- Experience working with Tier 1 markets is required.
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of high-value player behavior.
- Proven people management and leadership experience.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and build processes in a 0→1 environment.
- English — C1–C2 is required.
Ukrainian and/or Russian would be an advantage.
