Media Buyer (Lead Generation)

🔹 What you’ll be responsible for:

• Launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads;
• Generating leads across different verticals (Home Improvement, Legal, Medicare, Finance, and others);
• Analyzing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities;
• Testing new creatives, audiences, and approaches.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

✔ 1+ year of experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads in Lead Generation;

✔ Understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI/ROAS);

✔ Ability to test hypotheses and scale advertising campaigns;

✔ Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
