Technical Architect – WMS
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Blue Yonder WMS: Manage technical implementation activities, system configuration, integrations, upgrades, and ensure the platform is correctly deployed.
- Resolve technical issues and optimise solutions: Troubleshoot complex technical problems, review system performance, support incident resolution, and recommend improvements.
Bridge technical teams and customers: Collaborate with consulting, support, cloud teams, and customers to ensure smooth integrations, knowledge transfer, and successful system delivery.
Location / working model
The resources will be needed within EMEA and will operate in the EMEA time zone. If there is a local Blue Yonder office, the resource is welcome to work from that office. Otherwise, they may work remotely.
The resource may be required to travel to the customer location for implementation activities. Blue Yonder will cover travel expenses in accordance with the Blue Yonder travel policy.
