Junior Affiliate Manager

An international holding company is expanding its affiliate team and is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager.

We are looking for someone who is already familiar with affiliate marketing and wants to continue developing in this field as part of an international team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Searching for and onboarding new affiliate partners;
• Maintaining communication and developing relationships with existing partners;
• Supporting traffic launches and assisting partners throughout all stages of cooperation;
• Monitoring key performance indicators and traffic quality;
• Working with offers, GEOs, and partnership terms;
• Maintaining and updating the partner database;
• Collaborating with the team and contributing to the development of the affiliate direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and CPA / RevShare models;
• Some relevant experience in affiliate marketing would be a plus;
• Understanding of key traffic performance metrics;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail and confidence working with numbers;
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks;
• Motivation to learn, develop, and grow within the team.
