Product Growth Manager

We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to help develop and scale a Web3 product in an international market.

The role sits between product, growth and business. You will work with the product team to identify growth opportunities, validate new ideas and turn them into measurable business results.

What you’ll do

• Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities
• Analyse market, competitors and user behaviour
• Develop and test product growth hypotheses
• Improve conversion, activation and retention
• Work on pricing and monetization
• Collaborate with different teams
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Develop partnerships and new distribution channels

• Track key product and business metrics

   

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in Product, Growth, Business Development, Venture Building or a similar role
• Experience in launching a product from scratch
• Experience with monetization, revenue 
• Strong GTM / growth understanding
• Web3 / Crypto experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership

• Strong English
