Finance Controller (Remote)

Company: an international company providing advertising accounts and infrastructure solutions for media buying teams, affiliate companies, and performance marketing projects. Works with Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP, Native, and other advertising platforms and providers.

Work format: fully remote, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Spain time 

Employment type: standard contract 

Probation period: 2 months 

What you'll be doing

• Control the accuracy of financial data and operations in the CRM
• Reconcile client and provider balances
• Control the correctness of commissions, discounts, compensations, and other financial terms
• Identify the root causes of errors and discrepancies in reports and correct them
• Maintain and develop management accounting
• Prepare financial reporting and analytics, work with P&L, analyze profit and margin
• Regularly reconcile provider data against internal financial data
• Identify discrepancies and potential financial losses
• Collaborate with operations and supply teams; participate in automating and testing CRM changes together with developers

What we're looking for

• 2–3+ years of experience in Finance Control, financial analysis, management accounting, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of P&L
• Experience with financial reconciliations
• Experience working with large volumes of data; ability to identify errors and investigate the causes of discrepancies
• Hands-on experience with CRM / accounting systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• English: Intermediate+

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate, performance marketing, or media buying
• Experience automating financial processes within a CRM
• Experience working with BI systems
