Junior Music Scout / Sales Trainee

Getstream is a music company helping independent artists develop their projects and promote their music.

We are looking for someone with strong English who wants to build a career in sales and work directly with artists from different countries.

What you will do

At the beginning, you will:

• communicate with artists in English via Instagram;
• respond quickly to new messages;
• identify artists’ needs;
• introduce Jetstream’s services;
• engage potential clients and book calls;
• keep communication records up to date.

As you develop in the role, you will start joining and later leading calls with artists, presenting the company’s services, handling objections, and closing sales.

Who we are looking for

• English level B2 or higher;
• a strong interest in developing a career in sales;
• readiness to communicate with many people and handle rejection;
• clear, natural, and persuasive written communication;
• availability to stay connected for 8–16 hours per day according to an agreed schedule;
• interest in music, Instagram, TikTok, and working with artists;
• reliability, self-organisation, and a stable internet connection.

Previous experience in sales, customer support, hospitality, SMM, or communication with international clients is an advantage but is not required.
