    What We Expect:
    β€” 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
    β€” Experience in writing technical specifications and process documentation.
    β€” Strong communication skills and negotiation experience.

    β€” Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
    β€” Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
    β€” Experience performing Business Analyst (BA) functions is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    β€” Setting tasks for development, control, and acceptance.
    β€” Managing processes from task status at each stage of its lifecycle to the final result.

    β€” Regularly preparing work reports and developing work plans.
    β€” Controlling the quality of team work and managing team resources.
    β€” Daily communication with both the team and the client.

    • Sales Navigator + outreach tools (Reply/Lemlist/Apollo; Expandi/Linked Helper responsibly).
    • English B2+, crisp business writing.
    • Process mindset; A/B testing habit.

       

    Nice to have: Upwork/Clutch exposure; light automation (n8n/Make/Zapier), enrichment (Snovio/Apollo/Clay).

     

    KPIs: meetings booked/held, reply rate, SQL rate, AE-accepted handoffs.
