β Experience performing Business Analyst (BA) functions is a plus.
β Experience with Kanban, Scrum, Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
β Participating in product creation.
β Setting tasks for development, control, and acceptance.
β Managing processes from task status at each stage of its lifecycle to the final result.
β Writing technical documentation.
β Regularly preparing work reports and developing work plans.
β Controlling the quality of team work and managing team resources.
β Daily communication with both the team and the client.

- English B2+, crisp business writing.
Process mindset; A/B testing habit.
Nice to have: Upwork/Clutch exposure; light automation (n8n/Make/Zapier), enrichment (Snovio/Apollo/Clay).
KPIs: meetings booked/held, reply rate, SQL rate, AE-accepted handoffs.
