About the Role
We're looking for a Motion Designer to help create engaging video content for our social media, courses, and marketing campaigns.
You'll edit videos, create motion graphics, and use AI tools to produce high-quality content for millions of people interested in AI.
You'll work closely with our content and marketing teams in a fast-moving, remote environment.
 
What You’ll Do

 

• Edit long-form and short-form videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics and animations in After Effects.
• Edit interviews, tutorials, podcasts, webinars, and social media videos.
• Add titles, transitions, lower thirds, and simple visual effects.
• Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup.
• Export videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Use AI tools to improve and speed up video production.
• Collaborate with the content team to deliver engaging visual content.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style across our content.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have
 

• 2+ years of experience in video editing or motion design.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating content for social media or YouTube.
• Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual design.
• Experience using AI tools in your creative workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have
 

• Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Figma.
• Experience working in a startup or remote team.
• Interest in AI and technology.
