YALP GAMES is a product game dev company from Ukraine (Kyiv) that has been developing and publishing mobile games since 2019.

Role Overview

This is a core role for someone who will become the bridge between the management, internal development teams, and our company’s AI infrastructure.

The core mission of this position is to drive the game development process, organize workflows, and simultaneously ensure that our internal data is collected, structured, and AI-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Development Cycle: Manage end-to-end game production from concept and prototyping through to global launch and LiveOps.
• Partner with the Producer: Work closely with the Game Producer to align on project vision, scope, roadmaps, and milestone deliverables.
• AI & Knowledge Management: Structure internal production data, Game Design Documents (GDDs), and technical specifications in a clear, logical, and AI-friendly format.
• Team Management & Synergy: Support cross-functional teams (Art, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing) to ensure tasks are clear and executed efficiently without bottlenecks.
• Task & Backlog Management: Maintain project management tools (like Jira, Notion) and populate knowledge bases with up-to-date information.
• Documentation & Standards: Document business processes, internal policies, and production workflows, participating in building standards for how corporate knowledge is stored and utilized by AI.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify production risks early, monitoring development velocity and ensuring ongoing maintenance of the knowledge bases.

   

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Is a passionate and active gamer.
• Has proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Scrum Master in IT or GameDev.
• Can work with large volumes of information, turning chaotic data into structured systems (GDDs, wikis, pipelines).
• Can break down complex game features into actionable tasks and structured production sprints.
• Has strong communication skills and knows how to extract the right information from teams to build knowledge logic.
• Understands how to prepare data for use in AI products.

• Has hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Notion, or knowledge management platforms.

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with game development.
• Understanding of mobile game mechanics, monetization models (IAPs, ads, gacha), and LiveOps.
• Understanding of how AI agents work.
• Experience building internal knowledge bases and documenting SOPs, regulations, and workflows.

• Skills in analytics, tagging, and data classification.
