Main responsibilities:

• Create, source, and adapt high-quality sound effects (SFX) specifically tailored for casual and hybrid-casual mobile games.
• Compose original music or expertly edit existing tracks to create seamless, atmosphere-enhancing background loops.
• Work efficiently with audio libraries to speed up production, applying professional layering and editing to fit the game's art style.
• Optimize audio assets and music tracks for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) to ensure minimal build size and optimal memory usage without sacrificing quality.

• Collaborate closely with Unity developers and game designers on-site to ensure fast iteration, rapid prototyping, and immediate in-game feedback.

   

In This Role, You Will:

• Be fully hands-on with the in-game audio implementation, driving the "juiciness" and tactile feedback of core gameplay mechanics.
• Take ownership of the full audio lifecycle for features - from asset creation and music arrangement to final testing in live builds.

• Ensure a tight loop of communication and fast integration by working alongside the development team.

   

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Sound Designer / Audio Generalist in the game industry (mobile game experience is a strong advantage).
• Proficient in using one of the main DAWs (Reaper, Ableton, Pro Tools, FL Studio, or others).
• Proven experience in music composition, arrangement, or track editing for games.
• Strong skills in audio library sourcing, cataloging, and quick adaptation.

• Good knowledge of mobile audio optimization standards (compression formats, sample rates).

   

Nice to have:

• Experience in Unity: understanding of the native Unity audio system (Audio Mixers, components, triggers).
• Experience with audio middleware (FMOD / Wwise).

Role Overview

This is a core role for someone who will become the bridge between the management, internal development teams, and our company’s AI infrastructure.

The core mission of this position is to drive the game development process, organize workflows, and simultaneously ensure that our internal data is collected, structured, and AI-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Development Cycle: Manage end-to-end game production from concept and prototyping through to global launch and LiveOps.
• Partner with the Producer: Work closely with the Game Producer to align on project vision, scope, roadmaps, and milestone deliverables.
• AI & Knowledge Management: Structure internal production data, Game Design Documents (GDDs), and technical specifications in a clear, logical, and AI-friendly format.

Ми шукаємо Trainee QA / Playtest Coordinator, який/яка допомагатиме нам тестувати mobile games та організовувати playtest-сесії з реальними гравцями.

Ця позиція поєднує Game QA та Playtest Coordination. Ти будеш не лише перевіряти функціональність ігор і знаходити дефекти, а й допомагати команді зрозуміти, як реальні користувачі сприймають гру: які механіки не розуміють, що викликає складнощі та які проблеми впливають на player experience.

Попередній комерційний досвід у QA не є обов’язковим - для нас важливі уважність, логічне мислення, комунікаційні навички та бажання розвиватися у Game QA.

Що ти будеш робити

Game QA

• тестувати mobile games на різних етапах розробки;
• перевіряти gameplay, UI, progression та основні game mechanics;
• знаходити, локалізовувати та відтворювати дефекти;
• створювати зрозумілі та структуровані bug reports;
• перевіряти fixes та виконувати regression testing;
• працювати з різними builds, mobile devices та платформами;

• передавати підтверджені проблеми команді через Jira.

   

Playtest Coordination

• допомагати планувати та організовувати playtest-сесії;
• комунікувати з учасниками до та після playtest;
• координувати час, формат та організаційні деталі сесій;
• готувати devices, game builds та screen recording перед початком тестування;
• супроводжувати playtest-сесію;
• працювати з записами playtest-сесій;
• виділяти важливі моменти та player behavior patterns;
• готувати findings та короткі playtest reports;

• 2 years of experience in GameDev as a 3D Animator
• Work in Blender

• Ability to create simple and deep rigs for characters and vehicles (using auto-rig is acceptable)
• Ability to animate humanoid and other characters, as well as mechanisms, considering the limitations imposed by game engines
• Ability to work clearly with animation references

• Full-time job;

• Office-based in Kyiv.

   

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile game development using Unity
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Understanding of OOP principles and commonly used development approaches
• Experience working with physics in 3D Unity projects
• Basic knowledge of Unity UI

• A passion for games!

   

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience in AI programming in Unity
• Experience working with advertising SDKs
• Published Unity games in the portfolio

• Experience in writing shaders or creating them using Shader Graph
