Media Buyer

We are looking for a Media Buyer to build and develop an in-house paid acquisition function for a licensed iGaming product focused on South Africa.

You will become the first dedicated in-house buyer and take full ownership of campaign launch, optimization, funnel development, creative testing, and traffic profitability.
 

Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale traffic through Google PPC and Facebook Ads
• Test and develop new acquisition funnels
• Work with creatives: generate hypotheses, prepare briefs, test and scale winning approaches
• Analyze campaign performance, CR, CPA, ROI, and traffic quality
• Build acquisition funnels from launch to retention together with Product and CRM teams
• Manage an initial budget of up to $30K per month, with further scaling based on profitability
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads
• Experience with Facebook Ads
• Ability to explain campaign structure, targeting, keywords, funnels, and optimization logic
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of traffic monetization
• Experience with Tier 3 GEOs is preferred; Tier 1–2 experience is also considered
• Russian or Ukrainian fluency
• English sufficient for working with international platforms and partners
   

Nice to have:

• Bing Ads experience
• iGaming, betting, fintech, or other competitive verticals

• Experience with licensed/white products
