Product Manager Payment

We are looking for a Product Manager Payment to join our team.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Proficiency in developing and managing API-based payment integrations, understanding the technical nuances that facilitate seamless communication between platform and various payment service providers.
• Expertise in constructing and debugging payment requests, responses, and error handling to ensure high availability and reliability of payment processing services.
• Adept at working with multiple payment methods (credit/debit cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, bank transfers) and understanding their unique integration challenges and user preferences across different markets.
• Experience in designing and optimizing cashier UIs, ensuring they are user-friendly, support multiple payment methods, and are adaptable to various devices and screen sizes.
• Capability to implement and test user journey optimizations that lead to higher conversion rates, including streamlined checkout processes, personalized payment method recommendations, and error minimization techniques.
• Deep understanding of deposit and transaction metrics, with the ability to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies that increase payment success rates.
• Proven track record of employing data-driven approaches to enhance user satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase average revenue per user (ARPU) through payment optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and market research to continually refine payment offerings and user interfaces.

Your position will include:

• Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for NuxGame's Payment Solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to grasp customer needs, regulatory landscapes, and emerging trends in payment processing.
• Foster collaboration across functional teams (engineering, compliance, marketing, customer support) to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Address compliance and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, ensuring our payment solutions meet the highest standards of data protection, anti-money laundering (AML) practices, and user security.
• Utilize data-driven insights for product decision-making, defining success metrics, and evaluating product performance.
• Champion innovative payment technologies and partnerships that can enhance the customer payment experience and operational efficiency.
